Anna Herbert, our in house Massage Therapist is now offering sports massage/ soft tissue therapy. Here she explains a bit about this type of massage:
What is it?
If you are looking to address a specific soft tissue injury (covers muscles, tendons, and ligaments) or release patterns of tension then this is the treatment for you. Unlike the name suggests, sports massage is NOT just for athletes and it doesn’t have to hurt, more importantly , it can benefit EVERYONE! Treatments are designed to take on a more thoughtful and personalised approach and are aimed at getting you moving again as pain-free as possible.
Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy is beneficial before or after a sporting event. It can also be used as part of your regular wellness routine so you can keep doing the activities you enjoy.
